About a year ago we interviewed SLMBR about their beginnings and we were so excited to find out they are releasing a brand new song on 6/23! SLMBR's new song, "State of Flux", shows a new side of the band and we can definitely tell the love what they do. Stay tuned for the release and check out what they told us about it!

State of Flux is indie alt pop band SLMBR’s initial single after their debut EP, Endless Daydream in 2019. The song was written throughout the 2020 quarantine period and was announced on June 23rd, 2021. New York based band, SLMBR, is the invention of Nick Sossi Romano, John African and Kristian White. After being in numerous bands, the three came together to form SLMBR. With their sound being entrenched in optional rock, they have a tendency to break from that mold to add the impacts of jazz, pop and emo. A plenty of the band’ songs to approach the themes of mental health, reflection of self and the human experience. SLMBR is not your ordinary band, and persists to push their sound additionally getting the impression into various types and soundscapes. Leave a Reply. |
